UPSC Civil Services (Main) Examination 2026 Concluded

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2026 on 21, 22, 23, 29 and 30 August 2026, in two sessions each day (9:00 AM-12:00 Noon and 2:30 PM-5:30 PM). This followed the Preliminary Examination result declared on 15 June 2026, in which 13,343 candidates were shortlisted for the Mains against 1,016 notified vacancies. The Mains result and subsequent Personality Test (interview) schedule will be announced separately on the official UPSC website.
