India and SACU sign terms of reference for preferential trade agreement talks

India and the Southern African Customs Union (SACU) signed terms of reference for preferential trade agreement negotiations, India's first such agreement with an African regional bloc. भारत और दक्षिणी अफ्रीकी सीमा शुल्क संघ (SACU) ने तरजीही व्यापार समझौते की वार्ता के लिए संदर्भ-शर्तों पर हस्ताक्षर किए, जो किसी अफ्रीकी क्षेत्रीय समूह के साथ भारत का पहला ऐसा समझौता है।
