Vietnam's President To Lam visits India; ties upgraded to Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership

Vietnamese President To Lam visited India on 5-7 May 2026 and both nations signed 13 MoUs, elevating bilateral ties to an Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and aiming to expand trade to USD 25 billion by 2030. वियतनाम के राष्ट्रपति तो लाम ने 5-7 मई 2026 को भारत की यात्रा की और दोनों देशों ने 13 समझौता ज्ञापनों पर हस्ताक्षर कर संबंधों को 'उन्नत व्यापक रणनीतिक साझेदारी' तक बढ़ाया, तथा 2030 तक व्यापार 25 अरब डॉलर करने का लक्ष्य रखा।
