India revises base years for GDP, IIP and CPI

India revised the base years for its key economic indicators: GDP and the Index of Industrial Production now use 2022-23 as the base year, while the Consumer Price Index uses 2024. भारत ने अपने प्रमुख आर्थिक संकेतकों के आधार वर्ष बदले: GDP और औद्योगिक उत्पादन सूचकांक का आधार वर्ष अब 2022-23 तथा उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक (CPI) का आधार वर्ष 2024 है।
