Delhi High Court rules on PM CARES Fund under RTI Act

The Delhi High Court ruled that the PM CARES Fund, set up in 2020, is protected under Section 8(1) of the RTI Act regarding donor privacy. दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा कि 2020 में बने पीएम केयर्स फंड को दानदाताओं की निजता के संबंध में RTI अधिनियम की धारा 8(1) के तहत संरक्षण प्राप्त है।
